This hotel is great with good-sized rooms, a lovely pool, and a fantastic location near Parque de las Americas for exploring.

Couldn't stay longer.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. The breakfast provided was both delicious and filling, and I couldn't find any fault with the hotel facilities. Additionally, the hotel was located in a small hill, providing a great view of the city.

Everything great.

the exclusive amenities in my room were impeccable and the service was exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were well-maintained, which made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. the restaurant had great food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of work.

The only minor issue I experienced was the location, as there were limited options within walking distance. the hotel provides a shuttle service and taxis were readily available, so it wasn't a major concern.

Our stay was quite pleasant at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and service was excellent. The hotel was also equipped with a nice pool with a relaxing bar nearby, which we really enjoyed. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was varied and offered a great price. We never got bored with the many options available.

The location was not the most optimal. It was quite far from the city center, which made getting around difficult. Furthermore, noise insulation was poor - we could hear everything from our neighbors as if we were sharing the same room. Additionally, the room furniture looked outdated and the pool area could benefit from some updates.

The hotel has a prime location up a small hill, providing nice views of the surroundings. the rooms are spacious, in separate 2 story buildings and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. the restaurant offers true Mexican food and a delicious breakfast buffet. the swimming pool with its poolside bar is a highlight of the property and provides a great place to relax.

The noise insulation between the rooms seems to be inadequate, making it too noisy and distracting.

The hotel offered a clean and well-maintained swimming pool area with a bar, which was great for escaping the sun's heat. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of dishes, which was very helpful during the Christmas holidays when we didn't want to go out searching for food. the hotel was located on a quiet street, which allowed us to have a peaceful stay.

The hotel didn't have enough sound insulation, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations and even sounds from their bathroom. It was quite disturbing, especially during the nights.
